Change your Phone Number

It's crucial to keep your registered phone number current for SMS confirmation and verification.

If your number changes and you still have access to your old registered number, you can follow the step-by-step instructions in this article.

💡 If you no longer have access to your old number, you can change it through another 2FA.

How to change your phone number

1. Select the in the top right to open the Personal center.
2. Select your email address to open the Account information page.



3. Select Security.
4. Select Phone Number.
5. Select the number on the right .
6. Enter the number you want to change, and click Send verification code.
7. Enter the one-time passcode sent to the current phone number on your account and select Next Step.
8. Enter the new phone number and select Next Step.
9. Enter the one-time passcode sent to the new phone number and select Verify.

Change your Phone Number

1. Select Profilein the right of header to open the Personal Center .
2. Select Security Settings.
3. Select Settings > Phone Verification > Edit.



4. Enter the number you want to change, and click Get code.
5. Enter the one-time passcode sent to the new phone number and select Verify.

💡 Note: After changing your phone number, you will not be able to withdraw currencies within 24 hours.
