It's crucial to keep your registered phone number current for SMS confirmation and verification.

If your number changes and you still have access to your old registered number, you can follow the step-by-step instructions in this article.

💡 If you no longer have access to your old number, you can change it through another 2FA.

How to change your phone number

1. Select the CoinByte icon in the top left to open the Personal center.
2. Select Security Settings.
3. Select Cellphone verification.
4. Select change.
5. Enter the one-time passcode sent to the current phone number on your account and select Next Step.
6. Enter the new phone number and select Next Step.
7. Enter the one-time passcode sent to the new phone number and select Verify.

1. Select Profilein the right of header to open the Personal Center .
2. Select Security Settings.
3. Select Settings in SMS certification.
4. Select Change.
5. Enter the one-time passcode sent to the current phone number on your account and select Next Step.
6. Enter the new phone number and select Next Step.
7. Enter the one-time passcode sent to the new phone number and select Verify.

💡 Note: After changing your phone number, you will not be able to withdraw currencies within 24 hours.
