Reset or Change Your Password

Regularly updating your password enhances security and prevents unauthorized access.
Weak or outdated passwords can make your account more susceptible to compromise.

Reset a Forgotten Password​

App​

If you can't access to your account, you can reset your password.
  1. Select Forgotten password? from the password entry page.
    2. enter password
  2. Type your registered Email address and click the Continue button.
  3. Complete the three security verifications: Phone, Email, and Authenticator App.

  4. Enter your new password, confirm your password, then click the Continue button.
  5. Finally, return to the login page, enter the new password you just changed, and log in.

What if I no longer have access to my registered email, phone number, or authenticator?​

If you no longer have access to your registered email, phone number, authenticator, or device, please refer to the What to Do If You Cannot Access to Your Current Security Verification section to update your verification details and regain access to your account.

Change Your Password​

  1. Select the CoinByte icon in the top right to open the Personal center.
  2. Select your email address to open the Account information page.

  3. Select Security.
  4. Select Password.
  5. Enter your current password, Enter your new password, and finally confirm password.

  6. Select the Confirm button belowto finish.

Please Note: For security purposes, you cannot withdraw funds or crypto within 24 hours after resetting or change your password.
