Personalized Referral Rewards​

Invite your friends to join CoinByte and receive exclusive rewards.

  • During each referral campaign, the rewards you receive may vary. You may earn fixed crypto rewards or various rewards with a total value of up to a certain amount per successful referral.
  • Log in to your CoinByte App and visit the Reward module to check the latest reward offers you are eligible for.

Eligibility for Referral Rewards​

Invite your friends to create an CoinByte account using your referral code. After they complete the following tasks, you will be eligible for rewards:

  • Sign up through your unique referral link or code.
  • Complete advanced identity verification (KYC).
  • Complete a deposit and trading task: Your friend must complete a spot trade or Quick Buy/Sell worth no less than 100 AUD within 30 days of registration.

How do I invite friends?​

  1. Log in to your CoinByte App and go to the Reward module.
  2. Copy your referral code or invitation link and share it with your friends.

Note:​

  • You can check your referral rewards in the CoinByte App → Reward → Completed Referrals, then selecting Referral Details.
  • Your friend’s reward must be claimed within the current campaign period.
  • You can invite as many friends as you like, the more friends you invite, the more rewards you get.
  • Your friends will automatically join the platform’s New User Bonus Program.
  • Referral relationships can only be established at the time of registration. Once registration and identity verification are complete, the relationship cannot be changed.

Can my invitees add a referral code after registering?​

If you did not enter a referral code during registration, you can still add one within 14 days of creating your account. As long as the referral is valid and you meet the promotion requirements, you will remain eligible to receive the applicable rewards.

If the invitee forgot to input the referral code during registration, they can perform the following operations.​

  • Go to the Reward module in the App.
  • select Have a referral code to use? (located below the button).
  • Enter the referral code and tap Apply Referral to submit.

How do inviters earn rewards?​

  • Inviters receive rewards once their invitees complete all required tasks.
  • Rewards will be automatically credited to your account after you meet the campaign requirements.
  • Inviters may unlock higher rewards if their invitees complete additional or more advanced tasks.

Are referral rewards the same for all inviters?​

Rewards may vary depending on the campaign and the tasks required. The exact reward structure is always displayed on the Reward page in your account.

Terms and conditions​

  • Each reward may include crypto assets and will be automatically credited to your CoinByte account after you meet the campaign requirements.
  • You can view your referral rewards by going to Reward > Completed Referrals, then selecting Referral Details.
  • Affiliate users are only eligible for the affiliate program rewards and are not eligible for referral rewards by inviting friends.
  • Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate in this referral program, receive rewards, or be invited as invitees.
  • Please note that the value of rewards may fluctuate due to market movements. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, are highly volatile and can increase or decrease at any moment. You may gain or lose value in your assets due to such fluctuations.
  • If any fraudulent behavior is detected (such as fake registration, fraudulent trading, or falsified identity verification), CoinByte will conduct a strict review and reserves the right to cancel the participation eligibility and forfeit all rewards of the involved users.
  • Invitees must complete the specified tasks (e.g., sign-up, KYC, and trading) via eligible channels as shown on the referral page within 30 days of registration.
  • Trading tasks require completing a spot trade or Quick Buy/Sell of no less than 100 AUD (or equivalent) within the specified period.
  • Inviters’ rewards are determined by the successful completion of invitee tasks. In some cases, completing additional tasks may unlock higher rewards.
  • Rewards are generally distributed immediately after the referral tasks are completed, though they may be subject to a lock-up period. Due to system issues or special circumstances, distribution may be delayed. If you have not received your rewards within 48 hours after your friend completes the tasks, please contact customer support.
  • CoinByte has the right to suspend, freeze, or seal user accounts and assets in accordance with applicable laws and the CoinByte Terms of Service.
  • CoinByte reserves the right to disqualify or suspend any participant and confiscate all rewards if they are found engaging in dishonest or abusive behavior, including but not limited to click farming, registering multiple accounts, using others’ accounts or KYC information, providing false information, using device farms, wash trading, or any other activities that violate the program rules or local regulations.
  • This referral program does not constitute (i) investment advice or recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation to buy or sell digital assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal, or tax advice. You should carefully consider whether participating is suitable for you based on your financial condition and risk tolerance. Please consult your legal, tax, or investment professional for advice specific to your situation. Digital assets are subject to high market volatility and risk of loss.
