Refer a Friend Program
Dear CoinByte users,
The new Refer a Friend Program is now live, offering users a simple and rewarding way to earn attractive bonuses by inviting friends to join the CoinByte community.
1. Rules
Eligibility Conditions: The invitee must complete email registration, finish KYC verification, and execute a spot trade or Quick Buy/Sell of no less than 100 AUD within 30 days after registration.Only real executed spot trades and Quick Buy/Sell transactions count toward the valid trading volume.

2. Refer a Friend Program
The Refer a Friend Program is designed for CoinByte users to easily grow their network while earning generous rewards. By inviting friends to join CoinByte, both the inviter and the invitee can enjoy rich bonuses and exciting on-chain benefits.
3. How to Participate
- Visit download the CoinByte App.
- Enter the Reward module in the app to copy your unique invitation link/code.
- Share your invitation link with friends.
- Once your friends register, complete KYC, and finish the required trading task within 30 days, both parties will receive the rewards.
If the invitee forgot to enter the referral code during registration, they can still add it within 14 days after registration:
- Go to the Reward module in the App.
- select Have a referral code to use? (located below the button).
- Enter the referral code and tap Apply Referral to submit.
Supplementary Rules: The supplementary period is 14 days. If the invitee forgets to enter the invitation code, they can still input the code within 14 days of registration, and it will remain valid. Even if the required tasks were completed before entering the invitation code, the invitation will still be considered successful and rewards will be issued.
4. Terms & Conditions
- Refer a friend programm commenced on 2 July 2026 at 15:00 AEDT and will continue until CoinByte, in its sole discretion, decides to terminate the promotion (the “Campaign Period”).
- To participate in the Refer a Friend Program, the following requirements must be met:
- Eligible referrers will receive a Referral Bonus according to the reward tiers displayed on the referral page. Reward amounts and conditions may vary from period to period. Please check the Reward module in your account for the latest details.
- The Referral Bonus will be automatically credited to your account once your invited friend successfully completes all required tasks. You can view your rewards in the Rewards section of the app.
- These Terms & Conditions form part of the CoinByte Terms of Service. Failure to comply with the CoinByte Terms of Service at any time will result in disqualification from the program, and neither you nor your referred friend will receive any rewards.
- CoinByte reserves the right to terminate or modify this program, or these Terms and Conditions, at any time. Where reasonably practicable, advance notice of material changes will be provided via the CoinByte App or email. Changes will not affect rewards already earned, except in cases involving fraud, breach of terms, or legal/regulatory requirements
- The value of any rewards may fluctuate due to market movements. Digital asset prices, including stablecoins, are subject to volatility, and the value at the time of withdrawal may differ from the value at issuance.
• Access your personal invitation link or code by logging into your CoinByte account and navigating to the Reward module in the CoinByte App (or the Referral section on the website).
• Share your invitation link or code with a friend who does not have an existing CoinByte account.
• Your friend must:
a). Register for a new CoinByte account using your invitation link or code.
b). Complete identity verification (KYC).
c). Finish the required tasks as shown on the referral page within 30 days of account creation.
